【au Email Portability】I want to reconfigure my email app

If you are using the au Email Portability service, you can reconfigure from My Page.

How to reconfigure the Email app

    Access My Page and log in with your au ID and password.

    • If you have forgotten your au ID password, please reset your password from "For those who have forgotten the password, click here" [パスワードを忘れた方はこちら] at the bottom of the login screen.

    • If the two-step verification screen is displayed, follow the on-screen instructions.

    【Reference】About au ID

    <For those who have migrated from au to UQ mobile/povo (number migration) or switched to another company (MNP)>

    The au ID for those who have cancelled their contract on or after December 2nd, 2021, who are eligible for the au Email Portability service, is the same as the au ID at the time of au contract. 

    <For those who have cancelled au contract>

    For those who have cancelled au contract without migrating to UQ mobile/povo (number migration) or switching to another company (MNP), if the au ID was the au phone number, the au ID after cancellation will be "au ID+_(underscore)" + "date of cancellation (8 digits in western calendar)". If you were using an au ID other than the phone number, it is the same as the au ID at the time of au contract.

    For example: If you cancelled on April 1st, 2021

    au ID before cancellation: 080XXXXXXXX

    au ID after cancellation: 080XXXXXXXX_20210401

      Launch the au Email app.

      Tap on the menu key in the upper left corner of the screen, then on tap "au Email Portability menu" [auメール持ち運びメニュー].

      • You may need to log in with your au ID

    Tap on "Email App Settings" [メールアプリの設定].
