You can check it from My au and My UQ mobile.

  • My au/My UQ mobile does not reflect the latest information on the 1st of every month. Please check the "This Month" [今月] section for the plan after 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd of the month following the procedure.

  • For example, if you change your plan during March. The plan will be changed from April usage, and you will be billed for the changed plan in May.
