If I change my mobile phone plan, when does it take effect?
The timing of the application may vary depending on the content of the procedure. Please see below for details.
Change of plan only
- The plan change will take effect from the following month.
- If you change to " Unlimited MAX 5G ALL STAR Pack 2," " Unlimited MAX 5G Netflix Pack (P)," or " Unlimited MAX 4G Netflix Pack (P)," the usage of " Netflix " or " TELASA (formerly Video Pass) " will also start from the 1st of the following month.

Please check your plan for the current month after 9:00 am on the 2nd day of the month following your request.

(Example) If you change your plan in March
The plan will take effect from April, and you will be billed for the usage of the plan from May.
Plan changing at the same time as purchasing a device (upgrading)
- It will take effect from the same day.
- If you change to " Unlimited MAX 5G ALL STAR Pack2," " Unlimited MAX 5G Netflix Pack (P)," or " Unlimited MAX 4G Netflix Pack (P)," the usage of " Netflix " or " TELASA (formerly Video Pass)" will also start from the day of the change.
Notes
- If you complete a procedure through My au during the last two days of the month (especially after 8:00 pm on the last day of the month), the change may not take effect until two months later.
- For some plans, you can choose the applicable month from " the same day " or " next month ".
