I want to change (transfer) the name of the au mobile phone contract holder from parent to child
If your child is a junior high school student or above, the name can be changed. Transfer procedures can be completed at au Style/au Shop.

If your child is a minor, please prepare the identity verification document (original ones) for both the child and the parent/guardian who has parental authority, and be sure to visit the shop accompanied by the parent/guardian who has parental authority.
The parent/guardian who has parental authority (current contract holder/transferor) and the child to be transferred (transferee) must come to the store together.

If a minor child becomes the contract holder, please remember to bring the seal of the parent/guardian who has parental authority.

If your child is an elementary school student or younger, the contract (new/transfer/inheritance) cannot be made in your child's name.

If the transferee does not have the same surname and address as the transferor, a family relationship certificate is also required.

Some services may not be able to be transferred due to the transfer procedure.

There is no charge for transfer within family.
- If you are paying for a device in installments, the transfer will be possible once the application for lump sum settlement of the balance is completed.
