【Ponta Points】How can I send or receive points from family members?

You can send or receive Ponta Points among family members under the following two conditions.

  1. If the family member is included in the same billing group.

  2. If the au ID and Ponta member ID (Ponta Card) of the sender and receiver linkage status match. Points are sent by the customer from a smartphone or computer. Please see below for the procedure.

  • The Ponta Points are added for each au ID (each contracted line). The sending/receiving of points requires a procedure for each au ID.

  • In case of UQ mobile (4G LTE compatible plan) it is not possible to send nor receive Ponta Points among family members. (in japanese only)

Requirements

You can send points if you meet both ① and ② of the requirements below.

  1. The sender and receiver are families whose billing is combined (they are in the same billing group).

  2. The au ID and Ponta member ID (Ponta Card) of the sender and receiver linkage status match.

    • If both the sender and receiver have linked their au ID and Ponta member ID (Ponta Card) → You can send points

    • If both the sender and receiver have not linked their au ID and Ponta member ID (Ponta Card)→ You can send points

    • If only one of the sender or the receiver has linked their au ID and Ponta member ID (Ponta Card) → You cannot send points
