【Ponta Point】Where can I check the balance of my Ponta points and the history of usage/earned points?
You can check it on the au PAY app, au PAY site and au Ponta portal.

How to check the balance of my Ponta points (app)

Launch the au PAY app.

Launch the au PAY app and tap on the "Home"［ホーム］icon at the bottom left of the screen.

The current number of points is displayed in the center of the home screen.
How to check the history of usage/earned Ponta points (app)

Launch the au PAY app.

Tap on the "Point"［ポイント］icon at the bottom of the au PAY app screen.

Tap on the part where the points are displayed.

If you are using the au PAY app version 9.25.3 or earlier, a different screen will be displayed. Please update your app before continuing.
- If the screen of this procedure is not displayed in the au PAY app version 9.25.4 or later, update the home screen of the app (slide from top to bottom) and then tap "Points"[ポイント] at the bottom of the screen

Launch the au PAY app.

Tap on "Account"[アカウント] at the bottom right of the screen.

Scroll down the screen and check the "App version"[アプリバージョン].

If you are using the au PAY app version 9.25.3 or earlier, a different screen will be displayed. Please update your app before continuing.

The history of usage/earned points will be displayed.
Please select the month you want to check from the pull-down menu of "○○○○ year ○○ month"[○○○○年○○月].
- By tapping on "All"[すべて] ,"Ponta Points"[Pontaポイント], "Ponta Points(Limited to au PAY Market)" [Pontaポイント（au PAY マーケット限定）] at the top of the page, you can check the history of usage/earned points for each one.

Access the au PAY website and log in with your au ID and password.

The points you have will be displayed in the "Ponta Points" [Pontaポイント] column.
For customers other than au (tap to open)
The points you have will be displayed in the [Ponta] column.

- You need to log in with your au ID.

How to check the history of usage/earned Ponta points (web)

Access the point history screen of the au Ponta portal from the link below.
- You need to log in with your au ID

The history of usage/earned points will be displayed.
Please select the month you want to check from the pull-down menu of "○○○○ year ○○ month" [○○○○年○○月].

By tapping on "All"[すべて] ,"Ponta Points"[Pontaポイント] , "Ponta Point (Limited to au PAY Market)" ［[Pontaポイント（au PAY マーケット限定）] at the top of the page, you can check the history of usage/earned points for each one.
- For a while after linking to the Ponta card, points may be added due to payment before the link. Please refer to PontaWeb for points before the link .

Important notes

Ponta points earned by paying with au PAY are not added immediately, but at a later date.

The timing of adding points earned in campaigns will vary depending on the campaign. Please check the correspondent campaign page.
- The timing of adding points earned by paying with au PAY and those earned by presenting the Ponta Card are different. Please check PontaWeb for the timing of adding points by presenting the Ponta Card.

By linking the Ponta Card with the au PAY app (linking au ID and Ponta member ID), you can earn and use points not only for au services but also at Ponta partner companies.

The validity of Ponta points is extended for one year from the last used date or earned date.
- Points added through campaigns and others may have a short expiration date.
