I want to check if my device SIM is unlocked
You can check if your device need to be unlocked or not by operating the device.
For more details, see below.
For iPhone
After registering for SIM unlock and inserting a SIM card from another company, you can check if the SIM lock has been unlocked following the steps below.
< How to verify SIM card status ＞
Proceed in the order of Settings［設定］ > General [一般] > About this phone [情報], and if "No SIM locked"[SIMロックなし] is displayed in the “SIM Lock” field, the SIM card has been successfully unlocked.
- This applies only for iOS 14.4 or later. For previous versions, it is not possible to check with the above steps, so please update your iOS first.
For Android
After registering for SIM unlock → Inserting a SIM card from another company, and do the "Usage Settings", you can check if the SIM card has been unlocked following the steps below.

Proceed in the order of Settings [設定] > About phone [端末情報] > Status information [SIMカードの情報] and check the status.

Allowed [許可]: SIM unlock completed.
Not allowed [未許可]: SIM unlock not completed.
