If I change the plan or cancel my contract in the middle of the month, will the monthly fee be prorated?

If you change your plan, it will be effective from the 1st of the month following your application, consequently no prorated fee will be charged.

If you cancel your contract in the middle of the month, the monthly fee will be fully charged, not prorated charged.
