Can I change my plan without purchasing (upgrading) a device?
Yes. If you are using a 4G LTE device, you can change your plan within 4G LTE plans without purchasing (upgrading) the device. If you are using 5G device, you can do the same within 5G plans.
You may not be able to change your plan on My au depending on the status of your contract. In this case, please complete the procedure at a nearby au Style/au shop or customer center.
Your plan will be effective from the following month after your application.
