Can I change my plan without purchasing (upgrading) a device?
Yes. If you are using a 4G LTE device, you can change your plan within 4G LTE plans without purchasing (upgrading) the device. If you are using 5G device, you can do the same within 5G plans.
- You may not be able to change your plan on My au depending on the status of your contract. In this case, please complete the procedure at a nearby au Style/au shop or customer center.
- Your plan will be effective from the following month after your application.
