About the " Calls Details Statement Service "
- The Calls Details Statement Service is a service that allows you to check details of calls (per call) and communication details (per day). Do a request for each number you want to apply the service for.
- The application and usage are free of charge.
- Checking online is free of charge, while issuing on paper costs 110 yen (tax included) per phone number. The issuance fee will be revised to 220 yens (tax included), from December 1st, 2023.
- The reference will be from the 1st of the month of the application. Calls details before the month of application cannot be verified.
How to apply

Please access the " Calls Details Statement Service Application / Change "「通話明細サービス申し込み・変更」page.
Enter your au ID and password.

Enter the 4-digit PIN you set at the time of contract and tap on " Next "［次へ］.

Select " Type of Calls Details "「通話明細の種類」, " How to check " 「確認方法」and tap on " Agree and Proceed "［同意して次に進む］at the bottom of the page.
- If you wish to have a printed version of the Calls Details Statement, select " Check online (My au/My UQ mobile) and in paper "［WEB (My au / My UQ mobile) と紙で確認する］. In this case, it costs 110 yens (tax included) per phone number. The issuance fee will be revised to 220 yens (tax included), from December 1st, 2023.

Check the content and select the confirmation method after the registration is completed. After making your selection, tap on " Apply with this content "［この内容で申し込む］at the bottom of the page.

The application procedure is now completed. You can check the calls details online from the same timing as the issuance of the bill in the month following your application.
