I want to change my ezweb.ne.jp domain to au.com

Customers currently using the ezweb.ne.jp domain can change their email domain to au.com.

This page is for customers who are currently under au plan contract. After migrating to povo or UQ mobile, you cannot change the email domain from ezweb.ne.jp to au.com

How to change to au.com domain

Eligible devices : Devices compatible with au email (@au.com/@ezweb.ne.jp)

On some smartphones, it is necessary to update the Email Settings App before changing to au.com domain email address. Check here (in japanese only) the models that need the update

If you are currently using ezweb.ne.jp domain and change your address, the domain will be changed to au.com. It is not possible to change only the part before @ while keeping the domain as ezweb.ne.jp.

By changing the email address, the email domain will also be changed at the same time.
