Timing of service resumption
The restrictions will be gradually lifted from 13:00 on the following day after your payment.
However, if the payment is made after 21:00, the service resumption will be delayed by one day and will resume gradually from 13:00 on the day after next.
- It will be gradually lifted from 13:00, and it may take some time depending on the number of customers affected.
- The resumption will take place according to the above schedule, regardless of weekdays or holidays.
- The time of payment will be determined based on the time the information is received by KDDI.
