I want to check my contract details (plan, user's name, registered address, and regarding Upgrade/Kaetoku/Sumaho Tokusuru Programs)

You can check your contract details from My au and My UQ mobile.

Please refer to the steps below for the procedure.

For checking a number other than the one displayed, such as a family member’s smartphone or a tablet

  • If you have merged your au ID

    Tap on the displayed mobile phone number and you will be able to select other numbers.

  • If you are using different au IDs

    Please use the device you want to check or log out once and log back in with the au ID of the device you want to check.

How to check with My au (web)

    For au customers, log in to "Contract Details/Procedure" [ご契約内容/手続き] with your au ID.

    Your contract details will be displayed. Tap on the item you want to check.

Please find the instructions below by tapping the item you wish to check.

To check your current plan

    Tap on "Contract Information" [ご契約情報].

  • 2

    Your current plan will be indicated under the "Plan" [料金プラン] section.

To check the registered user's name

    Tap on "Customer Information" [お客様登録情報]

  • 2

    The registered user's name is listed in the "Customer Information" [お客様登録情報] section.

    • If there is no user registration, the item "User's name" 「利用者氏名」 will not be not displayed.

To check the contract address

  • Contract address refers to the address of the contract holder and it is used in cases such as when sending a Calls Details Statement by post.

    Tap on "Customer Information" [お客様登録情報].

    The contract address is listed under the "Contract Address/Contact Information" [契約先住所/連絡先].

To check the billing address

  • The billing address is the address of the person paying for the charges. Used when sending bills by post.

    Tap on "Billing Information" [ご請求関連情報].

    The billing address is listed under the "Billing Address/Contact Information" [請求先住所/連絡先] section.

To check status of Upgrade Program/Smartphone Value Program/Kaetoku Program
