    • Since it uses the Mastercard credit card payment system, you may be asked to confirm the number of payments, but you can only use one-time payment.
    • Depending on the store, a signature may be required, or a customer copy of the credit card (credit card sales slip) or receipt may be issued.

【For Your Information】Difference from au PAY

au PAY is a payment service that allows payment by QR code/bar code by setting up the au PAY App (formerly au WALLET App) on your smartphone.

To distinguish it from other services, it may be written as au PAY (code payment).                                                  The au PAY balance is the same for au PAY (code payment) and for au PAY Prepaid Card (au WALLET Prepaid Card).

  • The Auto Charge setting is for the au PAY balance, so it is the same for both.

The stores where you can use the service are not the same as those for the au PAY Prepaid Card (au WALLET Prepaid Card).

  • au PAY Prepaid Card (au WALLET Prepaid Card) is for Mastercard affiliated stores (for online shopping it includes sites that support WebMoney).
  • au PAY(code payment) is limited to stores with the au PAY or Rakuten Pay (app payment/some stores) mark.
