【au PAY】Where can I check my au PAY transaction history?

You can check it through the au PAY app or the au PAY website.

  • In addition to the methods described on this page, you can check the history of My Number Points from au PAY App > My Number Points > Check My Number Points History.

How to check it on the app

    Launch the au PAY app and tap the "Home"[ホーム]icon at the bottom left of the screen.

    Tap on the "Transaction History"[取引履歴]icon.

    Tap on the history you want to check.

    • You can select the month you want to check by tapping on the month of transaction history (in the blue dotted frame).

    If you want to check the history from more than 6 months ago (tap to open)

      Tap the month of transaction history.

      Tap on "History from more than 6 months ago (select the target month after transition)" [6か月以上前の履歴(遷移後対象の月を選択してください)]and tap "Done"[完了].

      Tap again on the month of transaction history.

      Tap on the month you want to check. You can select a month from more than 6 months ago.

    • On the system, the store name you used may be displayed as "Brand Prepaid Affiliated Store"[ブランドプリペイド加盟店], but the actual store name will be displayed in about 14 business days.
    • If the payment is cancelled, "Payment Cancellation"[支払取消] will be displayed in the "Type"[種別] of "Charge"[チャージ] remarks.

Checking your expenses by category (utility expenses, etc.)

  • It will be displayed together with the expenses of au Easy payment and credit card registered in "Money Management"[お金の管理].

    Tap on "Go to Money Management"[お金の管理へ].

    Tap on "Transaction History"[利用履歴]at the bottom of the screen.

    Tap on "Check breakdown"[内訳を確認する]displayed small under "Balance"[収支].

    The breakdown of expenses will be displayed.

    Tap on a category to view individual history. If you want to reset the category, please do so from that screen.

How to check it on the PAY website

  • Only customers of au/UQ mobile (5G compatible plan) and povo1.0 can check on the au PAY website. Customers other than those mentioned, please check with the au PAY app.

    Access the au PAY website and log in with your au ID and password.

    Tap on "History Inquiry"[履歴照会].

    The History Inquiry screen will be displayed.

    ① Tap on the item (month, debit column) you want to check. ② And tap on [au PAY].

    • If you tap "All"[全て] , the transaction history of both au PAY and au PAY card will be displayed.

    If you select "Debit"[出金] or "Credit"[入金] , the total amount will be displayed.

    If you select "Credit × Debit"[入金×出金] , the total amount is not displayed.

    Details will be displayed.

You can download it by accessing the "History Inquiry"[履歴照会] page of the au PAY website on your computer.

Click on "Download all service details"[全てのサービスの明細をダウンロードする]and unzip the downloaded zip file.
