What is IMEI (Identification number, Serial number)?

IMEI is a terminal identification number and is an acronym for International Mobile Equipment Identifier.

It is a unique number held by the device, unrelated to the phone number or line contract.

There may be instances where it is required for procedures.

How to check IMEI

<Checking on the phone number input screen>

If you enter *#06# on the phone number input screen of your mobile phone, a 15-digit number will be displayed.

This number is the IMEI.

  • There are some models that do not display it using this method.

<Checking from the settings menu>

  • If it is not listed here or the procedure is different, please check the instruction manual.
