Important notes about Full Support Course |

A Full Support Cancellation Fee will be charged to customers who purchase new phones (through model change, additional accounts, etc.) or cancel or suspend the service midway through their subscription. The amount of the fee will be determined by the amount of months the customer has been enrolled in Full Support Course.
[Full Support Cancellation Fees:
¥18,900 (including tax) up to the 12th month
¥12,600 (including tax) up to the 18th month
¥6,300 (including tax) up to the 24th month]
au Points may be applied toward the "Full Support Cancellation Fee".
