Call Forwarding |


Forward calls to overseas phones! Calls placed to your au phone can be forwarded to another mobile or general fixed-line phone, or to an overseas phone [1], PHS or pager.

Forwarding is not available with au International Call Service. Forwarded calls may not be received by some overseas carriers. |

Calling charges between the receiving au phone and the forwarding destination are paid by the customer. |


Customers can stop or start the call forwarding service (forwarding without outgoing messages, forwarding while talking, full forwarding, or forwarding from selected callers) from another au phone, another carrier’s mobile phone or PHS, a general land-line NTT phone, an overseas phone, or other locations.
