With au, you can quickly call from Japan to overseas without the need for extra procedures.
"Calling overseas" is a service that enables any of our customers to easily make international calls from their current au phone without the need for extra procedures.

- * Free calling does not apply if forming a "001 Kokusai Mobile Talk" contract.
How to use
Dialing methods

- * Look up the country code from the "country code list."
- * If the area code starts with "0," please dial it without including the "0" (there are exceptions to this, such as fixed-line in Italy or Moscow).
- * You can also use it by dialing 005345 used until now.
Billing methods
001 International calling (au International Calling Service) charges will be billed the following month by au in combination with au telephone charges.

- KDDI sets a monthly use amount limitation (20,000 yen (tax excluded)) for 001 International calling (au International Calling Service). As soon as KDDI confirms that the amount has been surpassed, KDDI will stop your use of it. Also, there are times when KDDI will stop your use of the service in question until KDDI is able to confirm payment of calling charges.
- When using by dialing "005345," KDDI will provide voice guidance as you connect with 001 International calling (au International Calling Service).

(You can skip the guidance by pressing the # key.) - You can use international calling even after your service has been stopped using the following method.
- KDDI 001 International Calling using a prepaid card
- International calling using any sort of credit card or Super World card (no prior agreement necessary)
- Calling charges will be billed after having been calculated into the monthly au telephone charged fees.
- No charge discount services are applicable.
- If you do not wish to use this service, it is possible to indicate in your application that "001 International calling (au International Calling Service)" won't be necessary.
- You can also use it even if your au telephone "Calling Code Display Service" is set to "186 Automatic Addition," "184 Automatic Addition."
- Depending on the call recipient's country/region, there are times when connection is impossible due to the equipment available to local carriers.
