The maximum monthly calling charge limit for au International Call Service is ¥20,000. From the time that it is confirmed that overseas calling charges exceed this limit, au International Call Service is suspended and unavailable to the customer until it is confirmed that payment of the calling charges has been made.

Use a prepaid card in combination with KDDI "001" International Telephone Service |

Calling charges are added to your au phone charges and billed together.

International calling charges are not covered by free calling time in plans with free calling time, or by any discount services. |

If you wish to prevent access to this service from your au phone, you can apply to au International Call Service for permanent service suspension

Even if the au phone's "Originating Number Display Service" is set to "186 Auto Extra" or "184 Auto Extra", this can be used.

Due to the facilities of local carriers or other conditions, calls made to certain countries or regions may not connect properly.
