Notify families of a user’s daily activities [1]

Mi-Look sends e-mail notifications to the pre-registered contact person at regular intervals to notify him/her of the amount of a user’s daily activities and movement to be recorded by a pedometer while the user is outside and a movement sensor while the user is inside the house [2] [3]. As this model also has a function to send a notification of the remaining battery level, it allows families who live far away from a user to quietly monitor the user’s daily activities.

Safety tool in an emergency situation

Simply by pulling a strap, an emergency buzzer is activated and a notification of such event along with a user’s location is sent to the pre-registered contact person [3]. Mi-Look is also equipped with a function to record a user’s current location and pathway [3] [4], Earthquake Early Warning system [5], and water resistance.

Safety tool in an emergency situation
  • [1] Note that this is not for confirming a user’s state of emergency or safety.
  • [2] E-mail notifications from the movement sensor will be sent when a main body is placed on the charging dock at the pre-set time. However, a user’s activities may not be detected depending on the user’s location, surrounding environment, and movement velocity.
  • [3] Subscription to the EZ WIN course is required for the use of E-mail and transfer path notification functions. Packet communications are separately charged.
  • [4] In underground space, inside or behind a building where it is difficult to receive radio waves from a GPS satellite, the positional information may become less accurate.
  • [5] The setting method differs from the one indicated on the au website for PCs. Check the User Manual for more details.

Limited calling function to pre-registered contacts

With this model, a user can receive incoming calls only from 20 pre-registered contact persons and make outgoing calls only to one pre-registered contact person [6]. Also, the automatic answering function and hands-free function enable a caller to speak to a user even if the user did not pick up the call.

Limited calling function to pre-registered contacts
  • [6] Emergency calls such as 110, 119, and 118 can be made without pre-registration.
