• [1] The best-effort method is adopted for all the communications through DATA07. Thus, the above-mentioned speed is not the actual communication speed, but the maximum value based on the technical standards. Also, the communication speed differs depending on network traffic conditions.
• [2] Applicable to the supporting area capable of achieving the max downlink speed of 9.2Mbps and the max uplink speed of 5.5Mbps. In communication areas outside of the supporting area, the max downlink speed and the max uplink speed are either 6.1Mbps/3.7Mbps, or 2.4Mbps/144kbps.

• * DATA07 supporting providers are "au.NET", "au one net mobile course", "au one net packet service" and PacketWIN supporting providers.
  As DATA07 is a dedicated terminal device for packet communications, it should be used in combination with supported mobile devices. A contract with an Internet service provider is separately required before using DATA07. "au.NET" (¥525/month) is selected in the default setting for the provider. A PC is required for changing providers.

• * When sending and receiving large amounts of data (e.g. attachment of movie files, file downloads) or sending and receiving continuous data (e.g. streaming, video playback), the maximum transmission speed may be limited depending on the state of network congestion to prevent excessive load on the network. Please note in advance that such speed limit may cause troubles including a delay in the completion of data transmission or unsmooth video playback.
