Discount rates
The following discount rates are applied to Full Support course rate plans (except Support plan) and Simple course rate plans (except Simple Plan S and L) based on the number of years subscribed with au.

- The One-year Discounted Subscription contracts are assigned in one-year blocks, and the contract start-up month is counted as the first month.
- The discount rates are set based on the number of years you are subscribed with au. To check on the discount rates for each rate plan, see "Full Support course rate plans." If you change your rate plan, the discount rate will be based on your new rate plan.
- Because the One-year Discounted Subscription requires a successive contract in one year blocks, in the case of contract termination or temporary suspension or discontinuation of your One-year Discounted Subscription during the contract period, a contract cancellation charge ¥3,000 (¥3,150 with tax included) is incurred, regardless of how many years you used the One-year Discounted Subscription. The discount is applicable for the cancelled month unless it is a renewal month.
- Unless you specify that you wish to cancel the One-year Discounted Subscription service, it will renew automatically for one year blocks.
- The contract cancellation fee will not be charged to customers using a Full Support Course Price Plan with Full Support Course.
- Everybody Discount does not apply to customers enrolled in Simple Plan S or L.
- * The actual charges are calculated using the tax amount calculated from the total amount of the individual tax-excluded charges, and therefore may differ from the total of the individual tax-included charges.
