- * The Everybody Discount requires a successive contract in two-year blocks, and unless you specify that you wish to discontinue the Everybody Discount, it will renew automatically.
- * In the case of contract termination or temporary suspension or discontinuation of the Everybody Discount during the contract period, a contract cancellation charge of ¥9,975 is incurred, regardless of how many years you used the Everybody Discount. The discount is applicable for the cancelled month unless it is a renewal month.

- [1] Free calls do not apply to charges such as international calling charges (excluding calling charges for the au International Calling Service) and prepaid calling charges.
- [2] This applies to the Sharing Course. It does not apply to packet communications charges, calling charges for calls outside of Japan, and calling charges for customers signed-up for the Student Discount and Smile-heart Discount. CARRY OVER Course is also selectable.
- * The remaining free calls from other family members cannot be applied to over-limit packet communications charges and international calling charges (including calling charges for the au International Calling Service) or overseas Global Passport calling charges and data transmission charges. Also, remaining free calls of packet communications flat rates or discount service cannot be applied to packet communications charges for family members.
- Because the Everybody Discount contract terms are in two-year blocks, the contract commencement month is counted as the first month (The contract terms for the One-year Discounted Subscription, and Smile-heart Discount are not continued. However, even if you switch to an Everybody Discount while your contract term for another discount is not over yet, you will not be charged a contract cancellation fee for that discount.). - From your eleventh year of subscription with au onward, if you use both Everybody Discount and either Family Discount or Business Discount, the contract cancellation fee is ¥3,150.

- The contract cancellation fee will not be charged to customers using a Full Support Course Price Plan with Full Support Course.
- Unless you specify that you wish to cancel the Everybody Discount, it will renew automatically for two-year blocks. If the cancelled month is a renewal month, the discount will be applied until the previous month’s usage and will not be applied to the current month’s usage. If the cancelled month is not a renewal month, the discount will also be applied to the current month’s usage.
- If you sign up for both the Everybody Discount and either the Family Discount or Business Discount, the following apply: basic rate discounts of the Everybody Discount, discounts on domestic calls and free SMS (C-mail) among family members or within a group for Business Discount. If you select the Sharing Course, free calls sharing is applicable.
- If you change from Student Discount to Everybody Discount, Student Discount applies until the end of the previous month and Everybody Discount applies starting from the change-over month.
- Everybody Discount does not apply to customers enrolled in Simple Plan S or L.
- All displayed prices are inclusive of tax.
- Everybody Discount will automatically apply from September to lines subscribed to My Plan Discount and Business My Plan Discount.
- If you are subscribed to Family Discount or Business Discount as of the final contract term month (24th month) for your My Plan Discount or Business My Plan Discount, originally KDDI recommended an automatic change to a One-year Discounted Subscription. However, along with the change to Everybody Discount, in some cases charges actually increase substantially with an automatic change to the One-year Discounted Subscription. Thus, please be aware that KDDI has revised our recommendation, and now recommends an automatic renewal of Everybody Discount for subscriptions to both Family Discount and Business Discount. If you wish to change to the One-year Discounted Subscription, KDDI will send you instructions on the change procedures via a bill when the renewal time approaches. Please follow those instructions.
