The au Purchase Program offers a choice of special price plans. Each works on a flat rate system, allowing you to enjoy high-speed data communications without concern for packet usage. Plans are provided under the condition of two years continuous usage of an au phone with the Full Support Course [2].

A Full Support Cancellation Fee will be charged to customers who purchase new phones (through model change, additional accounts, etc.) or cancel or suspend the service midway through their subscription. The amount of the fee will be determined by the amount of months the customer has been enrolled in Full Support Course.
Full Support Cancellation Fees:
¥18,900 (including tax) up to the 12th month
¥12,600 (including tax) up to the 18th month
¥6,300 (including tax) up to the 24th month
au Points will automatically be allocated in the event the Full Support Cancellation Fee is charged.
