Continuous Standby Time is the total time for standby at a fixed location and does not include moving. This time is when the intermittent reception interval for Paging-CH is set at 1.117 seconds as determined by the GSM Association's "Battery Life Measurement Technique". Intermittent reception interval depends on the settings of the GSM carrier, and Continuous Standby Time may decrease depending on the area in which the phone is used.
