Touch screen operation on a compact, light & colorful waterproof body

The compact, round form of the Sportio water beat provides superb portability, while the bright colors make it ideal for use both in sports and on the town. It's waterproof to IPX5 and IPX7 standards, providing worry-free use even if rained on or sprayed with water. Ease of use is provided through the touch panel with additional support from the side cursor keys [3].

Advanced functions for workouts, golf and other sports

The Sportio water beat supports all au Smart Sports functions. It offers the GPS Golf Navigation app that calculates remaining yards to the hole, and Karada Manager, which can be linked with body composition monitors [4]. It also includes a pedometer that can measure METs, which displays distance traveled and intensity of workout, and Exercise (Ex), which displays amount of physical exertion.

* Calorie Counter is set to "on" at time of purchase, which consumes battery power faster than when set to "off". Please set this function to "off" when not in use. The Calorie Counter function utilizes the built-in motion sensor (acceleration sensor).

Buy water-replenishing drinks during your workout using the Osaifu-Keitai® wallet phone service. And its waterproof body lets you watch 1Seg TV in the bath after exercising. The Noise Canceller, Slow Talk, and Voice Clear functions make the person's voice on the other end easier to hear.
