Steps Before Usage

Prepaid Card Service is so easy to use!

Just purchase a "Prepaid Mobile Phone" and "Prepaid Card" to charge it with call credits. When call credits run out, purchase additional Prepaid Cards and "recharge" it! It's that simple.
You can also confirm your call credit balance and the expiration date.

No charge for calls to "1400" and "1407".
In the case of usage with a "CDMA Prepaid Phone"
Dial "1407" with your Prepaid Mobile Phone
1 - 6 Select your preferred language for Voice Guidance

You can choose to have Voice Guidance provided in the language of your choice.
If you make no selection, Voice Guidance will be given in Japanese.

How to Select the Voice Guidance Language

1.  Follow the Voice Guidance and select your preferred language.
2.  End selection.

Voice Guidance is available in the following languages. Listen to instructions in the language of your choice!

Dial "1400" with the au phone that you will use as your "prepaid" phone
1 Registration of Your Prepaid Card

The first time you use our Prepaid Cards, you must register them. Please follow the same procedure when you purchase additional cards.

How to Register Prepaid Cards

1.  Follow the voice guidance and enter "1" (Card Registration).
2.  Enter the 16-digit number on the back of the Prepaid Card and at the end press "#".
3.  Your Prepaid Card is registered and ready to use!

After registration, the call credit balance and expiration is announced.

If you make an error when entering the number, press "*" and re-enter the number from the beginning.
Please be careful when entering the number. Repeated entry errors may invalidate the card.
Please be aware that registration of the card late at night may result in inability to receive calls for some period of time.

How to Confirm Your Call Credit Balance and Expiration Date

1.  Follow the voice guidance and enter "2" (Call Credit Balance Confirmation).
2.  The current remaining value of your card and the expiration date will be announced.
