Prepaid Service is very easy to use. Just purchase a special "Prepaid Phone" and a "Prepaid Card" and register with us to start using the service. And if you want to continue your service, just register a new "Prepaid Card". You can also check your balance and the usage limit remaining.

Notes when Applying
An original copy of proof of identification is necessary for various applications regarding the Prepaid system mobile phone (new subscription, model change, address change, and others).
When making a new subscription or a model change, the service can be used after the customer's information is registered to our system, and the person who is registered will be considered to be the subscriber.
Persons under 20 years of age must obtain consent from their parent or guardian through a "Parental/Guardian Consent Form (the section of the agreement requiring consent)". However, if the child is of elementary school age, the parent or guardian must accompany the child and complete the application on behalf of the child (subscriber). At this time, the accompanying parent or guardian must present his or her proof of identification.
when transferring a subscription to another individual, we ask that you please follow the procedures necessary for transfer. These procedures require the signature or official name seal of the person who is transferring the subscription and an original copy of proof of identification of the individual to whom the subscription is being transferred.

This service is ideal when you only need a phone for a short time. You can also use C-Mail with a CDMA Prepaid Phone.
You can also make Prepaid Card calls using your au phone. This is perfect for customers who wish to separate their costs for business from those for private calls.

Notes for Usage

E-mail and EZweb are not available with the CDMA Prepaid Service.
CDMA Prepaid Phones have an EZ button and e-mail button, but these functions cannot be used.
In order to use e-mail and EZweb you must switch your Prepaid Phone subscription to a standard au subscription. You can use the same telephone number as you use with your CDMA Prepaid Phone.
Answering service, voice mail, call forwarding, and other services that require application are not available with Prepaid Service.
Services other than C-Mail, caller ID display, caller ID request, and 001 international call cannot be used.
When sending C-Mail from a CDMA Prepaid Phone, you must select from "Prepaid Sending" or "Puchi-mail Alpha".
This is not required for models older than the C405SA.
Packet communication is not available with these phones.
New subscription without purchase of phone or a model change will be charged a Prepaid Phone setting service fee of 4,000 yen (4,200 yen including tax).
