That is why we have made a strong commitment to serve the people of Okinawa and fulfill our purpose on the Islands. We do not focus exclusively on our own ideas. Instead, we listen closely to our customers and provide services they request. In our view, this is the way to true customer satisfaction.
To achieve these goals, we are placing a greater emphasis on cooperation with our au Shop staff members, who have daily opportunities to interact directly with customers.

The communications industry is witnessing integration on a variety of fronts, as exemplified by the seamless integration of cellular and fixed-line phones. In offering content and features useful for life in Okinawa, we are also determined to fulfill our role as an Okinawa-based total communications provider in collaboration with KDDI.
