When using your handset overseas, an electrical plug that meets the outlet configuration of the destination country is required so that your handset's AC adaptor can be connected to it. Please purchase a product that conforms to the requirements of the destination country. For customers using C1001SA or C412SA, although the internationally compatible AC cord for C1001SA and C412SA cannot be used in combination with the above-mentioned plugs, the handsets can be charged using the internationally compatible AC cord for C1001SA and C412SA in combination with the specific AC adaptor (C412PQA) for C1001SA and C412SA. Also, please note that only the Sanyo Electric AC adaptor for A5514SA, A5505SA, A1305SA, and A1303SA can be used overseas.
