Rental Charges

Rental Charges	Up to 30 days: ¥500/day (including tax)
	31 days or more: ¥2,100/week (including tax)

*	The rental period is from the day on which the phone is received by the customer to the day on which the phone is actually returned to us (the day of arrival in case of home delivery).

Application fee

¥300 each (including tax)

*	Required for reservations made by phone or fax, at an au Shop, or for same-day rental at an airport counter. Not required when applying from a PC or mobile phone.

Compensation system

¥200/day for each handset (including tax)

*	If lost or stolen: exemption from 50% of reimbursement. If damaged or broken: exemption from 100% of reimbursement.

Home delivery fee

¥300 (including tax)

*	Only charged at time of rental; not charged on return.

Cancellation fees (including tax)

Pickup location	Cancellation deadlines
Narita International Airport	If no cancellation notice is given at least 2 business days prior to pickup, 2,000 yen will be charged for each handset.
Central Japan International Airport	If no cancellation notice is given at least 3 business days prior to pickup, 2,000 yen will be charged for each handset.
