My GSM phone (including the au IC-Card) was lost or stolen. What should I do?
A.
Please contact the au Customer Center and request procedures to block calls with your au IC-Card.

Q.
I have found the GSM phone (including the au IC-Card) that I had reported as lost or stolen and requested calls to be blocked. Can I remove the call block?
A.
Please contact the au Customer Center and request procedures for the cancellation of the call block. The cancellation procedure will be processed promptly. Once cancellation procedures are complete, the out-of-service message that currently appears on the screen will disappear, so please try the phone again in 30 minutes to one hour.

Q.
When I checked my bill, I saw that I was charged for phone calls made during the time my phone was lost or stolen. What should I do?
A.
The customer is responsible for any calling charges incurred after a phone is lost or stolen.

Q.
If I am responsible for charges if somebody uses my phone before the call block is applied, then I would like to have the call block activated immediately. About how long does it take?
A.
It takes about 30 minutes.

The GSM phone I rented was lost or stolen (but my au IC-Card was not stolen). What should I do?

As long as the rental phone itself is not damaged, you can use it by inserting your au IC-Card.
