Data communication charges for EZweb and E-mail are calculated based on the amount of data packets received and sent (1 packet = 128 bytes). Charges are not calculated based on connection time.
Usage of contents may incur separate data charges. Also, packet communications charges will be applied for usage of such contents regardless of whether separate data charges are incurred.

EZweb communications charges are covered by free calling time in plans with free calling time. (Free calling time is applied when packet communications charges do not exceed free calling time. This does not apply to packet discount service subscribers.)

Packet communications charges may be incurred even in cases when reception is poor or data is not properly received.

If packet communications charges exceed a certain amount, the account may be temporarily suspended, whether or not the customer is enrolled in a fixed-rate packet communications plan.
Please note that because the actual amount billed to the user will be calculated from the total of individual amounts excluding tax, it may vary from the total of individual amounts including tax. Figures including tax are written as whole numbers, rounding off decimal amounts (except for calling and data communications charges).
