The above menu is unavailable for callers using an analog line.
The "Outstanding Charges" feature is not available to customers paying with consolidated invoices.
The “Monthly Invoices" and "Point total & au phone usage statement" features are not available to corporate customers.
Individual customers may check their consolidated invoices using the “Monthly invoices & Point totals" feature. Additionally, customers may use "au phone usage", to check the amount of time a particular account has been used.
