The amount of calling time that can be carried over is the amount within the "Rollover Charge Limit" of each price plan. (For details, see the chart below.)

For customers not enrolled in "Family Discount" or "Business Discount", "INDEFINITE-PERIOD CARRY OVER" will automatically apply. Customers enrolled in "Family Discount" or "Business Discount" may choose from either the "Carry Over" plan for rollover of unused calling time for unlimited months or the "Group Split" plan to share unused calling time with other group members for each registered account. Even if there is only one account within a group that has selected the "Group Split" plan due to plan changes to "Family Discount" or "Business Discount" among group members, members will not automatically be switched to the "Rollover" plan. A new application is necessary for those wishing to change their plans. (This service does not apply to customers who have chosen the "Group Split" plan.)

New applicants to "Family Discount" or "Business Discount" will automatically be given the "Rollover" plan if enrolled in a "price plan with free calling time", or the "Group Split" plan if enrolled in a "price plan with no free calling time". If a customer changes his/her plan, the change applies from the following month. However, if a customer applies for "Family Discount" at the same time as a new subscription, then the change applies from the month of application.

This service does not apply to customers enrolled in "Student Discount", "Smile-heart Discount", "Single Service", or in a "price plan with no free calling time".

If a contract is suspended or cancelled, the rollover portion is voided.
