This discount is offered on the basis of a one-year term subscription contract. If the contract is cancelled or suspended, or if "Smile-heart Discount" is terminated during the term, a contract cancellation fee of ¥3,000 (¥3,150 including tax) will be charged regardless of the time enrolled in "Smile-heart Discount". Also, discounts will be applied to the current month's usage, excluding the month of renewal. Customers enrolling in "Simple Course" will not be charged the contract cancellation fee until the end of November 2008. |

Customers enrolling in "Full Support Course" will not be charged the contract cancellation fee. Customers enrolling in "Simple Course" will not be charged the contract cancellation fee until the end of November 2008. |

This discount does not apply to EZweb transmission charges, data transmission charges (including packet transmission charges), GLOBAL PASSPORT call and data charges for services used outside of Japan, EZ Appli sending charges, international call charges (including au International Call Service charges), Hello Messenger call and data charges, Prepaid Service call charges, and certain other services. |

Calling and information charges associated with 104 directory service are free of charge. |

A single subscriber may not enroll in multiple "Smile-heart Discount" plans under one title. |

This discount applies to group TV phone calling charges. |
