The unused free calling time of other family members cannot be used to cover the excess portion of packet communication charges, international call charges (including au International Call Service charges), or GLOBAL PASSPORT call or data charges for services used outside of Japan. In addition, even if a member of the family subscribing to a packet communication fixed-rate or discount service has not used all available free packets, the remaining packets cannot be used to cover the packet communication charges of other family members. |

"Everybody Discount" is not available for customers enrolling in "Simple Plan". If an account enrolled in "Everybody Discount" is changed to "Simple Plan", the "Everybody Discount" contract period will roll over; if the customer suspends or cancels service or terminates the discount plan during the contract period, the contract cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the customer suspends or cancels service or terminates the discount plan before the end of November 2008, the contract cancellation fee will not be charged. |

"Everybody Discount" will automatically be applied to accounts enrolled in "My Plan Discount" or "My Plan Discount for Business" from September. |

We had originally announced that customers enrolled in "Family Discount" or "Business Discount" in the final month (24th month) of the contract term of "My Plan Discount" or "My Plan Discount for Business" would automatically be switched to "One-year Discounted Subscription". However, in some cases customers may end up paying more with an automatic change to "One-year Discounted Subscription" due to the changes to "Everybody Discount". Therefore, customers will automatically be renewed for "Everybody Discount" regardless of whether or not they are enrolled in "Family Discount" or "Business Discount". We appreciate your understanding.
For customers wishing to switch to "One-year Discounted Subscription", you will be advised along with your invoice on how to apply when the contract term approaches, so we ask that you make the necessary application. |
