If I had been enrolled in both "My Plan Discount (My Plan Discount for Business)" and "Family Discount (Business Discount)", I was automatically switched to "Family Discount" in the month of renewal for "My Plan Discount (My Plan Discount for Business) ". What happens with "Everybody Discount"? |

05. We had originally planned to automatically switch customers enrolled in "Family Discount" in the month of renewal for "My Plan Discount (My Plan Discount for Business)" to "One-year Discounted Subscription" because the discount rates would have been the same. However, due to these revisions of our discount services, "One-year Discounted Subscription" would offer less savings in many cases. Therefore, customers will automatically be switched to "Everybody Discount". However, customers may choose to be enrolled in "One-year Discounted Subscription".

06. If I am enrolled in both "Everybody Discount" and "Family Discount", what will my charges be? |

06. In addition to the basic monthly charge discounts of "Everybody Discount", discounts on domestic calls and free C-mail among family members will be applied. In addition, customers who have selected "Group Split" may share free calling time.

07. I am currently enrolled in "One-year Discounted Subscription" and "Family Discount". Will I get a greater discount if I switch to "Everybody Discount" and "Family Discount"? |

07. If you are already receiving the maximum basic monthly charge discounts [1] with "One-year Discounted Subscription" and "Family Discount" together, your basic monthly charge discount will not change if you switch from "Family Discount" to "Everybody Discount". However, other discounts will increase. (Please note that discount amounts for "Daytime Plan WIN" and "Everybody Discount" will increase as "Business Economy Plan WIN").

08. Yes, you may. However, a cancellation charge will apply if you switch in a month other than the month of renewal.

11. Can it be used in combination with "Smile-heart Discount" or "Student Discount"? |

11. No, it cannot.

12. If I switch from a one-year contract discount service such as "One-year Discounted Subscription" or "Student Discount" to "Everybody Discount", will I have to pay a cancellation fee? |

12. No, a cancellation fee will not be incurred.

13. Regardless of years enrolled, you will have to pay a ¥9,975 cancellation fee. However, this fee will not be incurred if the switch is made during the month of renewal.

14. How will the discount be listed on my invoice? |

14. Usage until the October portion will be listed as "My Plan Discount", and we plan to change the listing to "Everybody Discount" from the November usage portion.
