To change designated numbers
Charges for calls to the newly designated numbers will be discounted from the month following the month of application. You can designate up to three au phone, general land-line, or IP phone numbers. The discount will not be applied if special numbers (such as 110 and 104), international phone numbers, toll-free numbers, PHS, or numbers for a carrier other than au are designated. This discount does not apply to group TV phone calling charges.

The following cannot be designated: 110, 104, 117, 107, 0990, 0180, 0570 and other special numbers; numbers beginning with "*" or "#"; international numbers; "free dial" or other toll-free numbers; numbers of mobile service carriers other than au; and PHS numbers.

Usually the discount becomes effective from the month following application. However, depending on the date when the application is received, the discount may be applied from the second month following application.
|
|
If the designated number is changed, discounts will be applied to the newly designated number from the month following application.
|
|
The fixed charge for "Call Designation Discount" will not be calculated on a prorated daily basis.
|
|
If the designated number is changed or the user's contract is cancelled, the service will continue and the fixed charge will be applied unless the customer notifies us of his/her intention to change or terminate the service.
|
|
This service cannot be used in combination with "Student Discount" or "Call Wide".
|
|
If a number that is eligible for the "au > My Home Discount" is designated, the "Call Designation Discount" will be applied, and "au > My Home Discount" will not be applied.
