When registering with My Line Plus
If the customer has selected KDDI for My Line Plus in at least three categories, including "in-prefecture long-distance" and "out-of-prefecture long-distance", discounts will be applied to usage from the month or the second month following application.
When subscribing to either Metal Plus Phone, "au one net" ADSL, KDDI-IP Phone, Hikari one Phone, or Cable Plus Phone
Discounts will be applied to usage from the month following the month in which the phone service has begun.

Customers already receiving discounts on calls to their home telephone number through the au discount services "Student Discount", "Call Designation Discount", "Call Wide", or "Smile-heart Discount", or users of Prepaid services

Calls made from your home phone to an au phone, or calls placed outside of Japan from a GLOBAL PASSPORT-compatible handset to your home phone.

Calls to a phone number to which the invoice is sent or an office phone number are not eligible for discount even if they are registered with My Line Plus.
If your home phone number changes due to change of residence or other reasons, if the number following the change is not reported to au, it will not be eligible for discount even if KDDI is registered with My Line Plus.
If your home phone number changes due to change of residence or other reasons, please contact au within the same month following the My Line Plus change procedures. However, due to the time necessary when updating information for My Line Plus registry, there may be some months in which the "au -> My Home Discount" is not applied depending on the status of registration. |
