"One-year Discounted Subscription" is offered on the basis of a one-year term subscription contract, and the starting month of the contract is counted as the first month.
|
|
Discount rates are determined by the number of years of subscription with au. For discount rates for each price plan, please see "Price Plans". If the customer's price plan is changed, discount rates will be adjusted to the price plan following the change.

This discount is offered on the basis of a renewable contract in one-year increments. If the contract is cancelled or suspended, or the "One-year Discounted Subscription" is terminated during the term, a contract cancellation fee of ¥3,000 (¥3,150 including tax) will be charged regardless of the time enrolled in "One-year Discounted Subscription". Also, discounts will be applied to the current month's usage, excluding the month of renewal.

"One-year Discounted Subscription" is renewed automatically in one-year increments unless the customer notifies us of his/her intention to terminate it. Customers enrolling in "Simple Course" will not be charged the contract cancellation fee until the end of November 2008.

Customers enrolling in "Full Support Course" will not be charged the contract cancellation fee. Customers enrolling in "Simple Course" will not be charged the contract cancellation fee until the end of November 2008.

Discounts for "One-year Discounted Subscription" do not apply to basic monthly charges for customers enrolled in Simple Plan. If a phone line enrolled in "One-year Discounted Subscription" is changed to "Simple Plan", the "One-year Discounted Subscription" contract period will carry over; if the customer suspends or cancels service or terminates the discount plan during the contract period, the contract cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the contract is cancelled, suspended, or the discount service is terminated before the end of November 2008, the contract cancellation fee will not be charged.
